Explore Working Together

You may already know enough to realize this will not be solved in one conversation.

You can see what needs attention—or at least enough of it to know the work will require more than a recommendation.

There may be decisions to make, structure to build, people to align, or several connected realities that need to move together.

The Explore Working Together conversation is a focused 30-minute discussion about what you are trying to change, why it matters now, and whether Align & Conquer Advisory is the right container for the work.

A focused conversation about the work, the fit, and the smallest responsible next step.

Align and Conquer coin

What are you trying to change?

A defined situation An acquisition, transition, initiative, decision, or problem that needs implementation.
Several connected realities Business, leadership, capacity, responsibility, and direction cannot be separated cleanly.
A team or organizational issue The problem belongs partly to the system, structure, or way the work moves.
Something you cannot yet name You know the current explanation is incomplete, but you are not sure what kind of support is needed.
Choose the right starting point

Start with the smallest engagement that can responsibly address the situation.

You do not need to choose a larger engagement simply because the situation matters. You need the right amount of support for the work in front of you.

Start with clarity

Begin with a Linchpin Review when:

  • You are facing one primary situation
  • You are not yet sure what is really driving it
  • Several explanations seem possible
  • You first need to understand what the issue is affecting or costing
  • Your immediate need is a clearer diagnosis and practical recommendation

The Linchpin Review is a complete $750 diagnostic engagement with a 90-minute session and written Linchpin Brief.

Start with implementation

Explore Working Together when:

  • The work already clearly requires implementation
  • The situation involves several connected realities
  • You are carrying a significant transition, acquisition, initiative, or opportunity
  • You need continued counsel while decisions are made and acted upon
  • The issue extends beyond what one focused session can responsibly address

You do not need to know the exact engagement before we speak. Determining the right scope is part of the conversation.

The conversation

This conversation is for deciding whether the work fits.

We are not trying to solve the entire situation in 30 minutes.

We are trying to understand it well enough to determine whether my way of seeing and working fits what the situation requires.

The next responsible step may be a Linchpin Review, Focused Advisory, Integrated Advisory, an organizational conversation, another specialist—or no engagement at all.

You will receive an honest initial perspective on the fit and the most responsible direction I can see from the information available.

The goal is not to place you into the largest offer. It is to identify the right container for the work.

We are trying to understand:

What you are trying to create or change The outcome, decision, transition, initiative, or problem in front of you.
Why it matters now What is changing, becoming more costly, or creating pressure to move.
Where the work is getting stuck What remains unclear, misaligned, delayed, resisted, or harder to carry than it should be.
What the situation appears to require Diagnosis, implementation, ongoing counsel, structural change, team work, or another form of support.
The smallest responsible next step Enough support to address the reality without forcing a larger engagement than the work requires.
This is a fit conversation, not a compressed advisory session. It does not include a full diagnosis, detailed strategy, or written plan.
Who this is for

Advisory works best when something real is at stake.

The right fit is not determined by whether your situation sounds impressive.

It is determined by whether the outcome matters, whether you have the authority or influence to act, and whether you are willing to examine the situation honestly.

This conversation may be appropriate when:

  • You are a founder, owner, executive, or leader with meaningful influence over the outcome
  • The situation affects money, time, capacity, trust, opportunity, people, or important work
  • You are facing a decision, transition, or opportunity with real consequences
  • The problem has survived reasonable attempts to solve it
  • The work crosses strategic, operational, leadership, or personal boundaries
  • You want honest judgment rather than automatic agreement
  • You are prepared to act when the right direction becomes clear

It is probably not the right fit when you primarily want:

  • Routine motivation or accountability
  • General life coaching
  • A low-stakes sounding board
  • Tactical execution without strategic examination
  • Validation without challenge
  • Someone else to carry responsibility for the decision
Investment context

Know the general investment before you schedule.

Public pricing helps you decide whether a conversation makes sense before either of us invests the time.

These are different engagement lanes, not a simple package ladder. The conversation helps determine whether any of them fit the reality you are facing.

Focused Advisory $9,000 upfront or $3,500 per month for three months.
Integrated Advisory Six-month engagements begin at $27,000. Twelve-month engagements begin at $50,000.
Organizational Advisory Custom engagements begin at $10,000 and are scoped separately.
Before you schedule

You do not need perfect language.

The Google Calendar booking page lets you choose an available time and share the context I need before we speak.

There is no separate application or website form. The brief questions are part of the booking process so you only have to take one step.

They are not meant to make you diagnose the problem. They help me understand what you are carrying, prepare for the conversation, and avoid using our time to gather information you could share beforehand.

On the booking page

You will choose a time and answer a few focused questions.

What are you trying to build, change, decide, or move forward? Give me the clearest version you can. You do not need to explain it perfectly.
Why does this matter now? What is changing, becoming more costly, creating pressure, or making this the time to address it?
Where does the situation feel stuck or misaligned? Describe where progress keeps slowing, breaking down, repeating, or resisting movement.
What have you already tried or considered? A brief answer is enough. This helps me avoid repeating what you already know.
Which description is closest to your current need? A defined implementation issue, several connected areas, a team or organizational issue, a possible Linchpin Review, or not yet sure.
The booking page also asks you to acknowledge that private advisory begins at $9,000 and organizational engagements begin at $10,000.

Your responses are used to prepare for the conversation and communicate with you about the booking.
