Do not submit passwords, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, unnecessary medical records, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request an appropriate secure method.
03
Where information comes from
We may collect personal information:
- Directly from you when you use the website, complete a form, purchase a service, schedule a meeting, or communicate with us.
- From a person or organization that is authorized to involve you in an engagement.
- Automatically from browsers, devices, cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies.
- From payment, scheduling, communications, customer-management, hosting, and other providers used to operate the business.
- From public professional or business sources when reasonably relevant to an inquiry or engagement.
04
How information is used
We may use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and evaluate whether a service may fit.
- Process purchases, issue receipts, administer refunds, and maintain transaction records.
- Deliver intake, scheduling, preparation, diagnostic, consulting, facilitation, and advisory services.
- Communicate about appointments, requests, purchases, deliverables, and ongoing engagements.
- Prepare for conversations and create client-specific observations, recommendations, briefs, or other deliverables.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the website and business systems.
- Understand how visitors find and use the website and evaluate the effectiveness of communications or campaigns.
- Send marketing communications when permitted and honor unsubscribe or opt-out requests.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, or unlawful activity.
- Maintain records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, protect legal rights, and comply with law.
- Create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
05
Payments and transaction information
Payments are processed through third-party payment and customer-management platforms. Their systems collect and process the payment-card or bank information needed to complete the transaction.
Align & Conquer generally receives limited transaction information such as your name, billing contact information, service purchased, amount, payment status, transaction identifier, date, receipt, and refund status. We generally do not receive or store the complete payment-card number or card security code.
Payment providers process information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
06
Inquiries, intake responses, and private engagements
Information provided through Explore Working Together, the Linchpin Review intake, scheduling pages, advisory inquiries, and private engagements may be reviewed to understand the situation, prepare for a conversation, determine fit, deliver the service, create recommendations or deliverables, and administer the relationship.
Private client information is not publicly identified or used as a named testimonial or case study without permission. We may use aggregated or de-identified observations to improve our work, provided the information does not reasonably identify you or disclose confidential details.
Website forms, email inquiries, and advisory communications are not protected by attorney-client, therapist-client, or other legal privilege. Confidentiality terms for paid services are also described in the Terms of Service and may be supplemented by a separate agreement.
07
Email, telephone, and text communications
We may send service-related messages concerning an inquiry, purchase, receipt, intake, appointment, reminder, deliverable, account, or engagement. These operational messages may be necessary to provide the requested service.
Marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe when required. An unsubscribe request does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or service-related communications.
If text-message communications are offered and you opt in, message frequency may vary and carrier rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing a service.
08
Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
The website and its providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies. These may support:
- Essential website functions, security, forms, scheduling, and payment flows.
- Remembering preferences and improving performance.
- Understanding page visits, traffic sources, navigation, and conversions.
- Measuring communications or advertising when those tools are enabled.
You can usually control cookies through browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website functions. Where required, we will provide additional consent or preference controls.
Where applicable law requires it, we will also recognize legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signals for covered processing.
09
How information may be disclosed
We may disclose personal information to:
- Website, hosting, content-delivery, security, analytics, and technical providers.
- Customer-management, form, email, messaging, scheduling, video-meeting, and payment providers.
- Contractors or professional advisers that need the information to perform services or advise us.
- A company, adviser, or successor involved in a proposed or completed business transfer, financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Government agencies, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, users, or the public.
- Other parties when you direct, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
Providers are permitted to process information for the functions they perform and may also process limited information for their own lawful purposes as described in their policies.
10
Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling
Align & Conquer does not sell personal information for money and does not sell mailing lists.
Some privacy laws use broader definitions of “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” that may include disclosures through advertising cookies or similar technologies. If we use covered technologies, and applicable law gives you an opt-out right, you may submit that request using the privacy contact below or any preference control made available on the website.
We do not use personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
11
Data retention
We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary to serve the purposes described in this Policy. The period depends on:
- The nature of the inquiry, purchase, or engagement.
- Whether the information is needed to provide services or maintain the relationship.
- Contractual, tax, accounting, insurance, professional, and other recordkeeping obligations.
- The need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and resolve disputes.
- Security, fraud-prevention, backup, and system-integrity considerations.
- The sensitivity and volume of the information.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical limitations and lawful retention requirements.
12
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the size and operation of the business.
No website, transmission, storage system, or provider can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using reasonable care when deciding what to transmit electronically and for protecting your own devices and accounts.
If you believe information submitted to Align & Conquer may have been accessed or used improperly, contact us promptly at [email protected].

- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Obtain a portable copy of certain information.
- Opt out of a covered sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.
- Withdraw consent when processing depends on consent.

How to submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Rights Request.” Describe the right you want to exercise and the information or interaction involved.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Verification may require matching information already maintained, confirming control of an email address, or requesting additional information reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized access.
You may use an authorized agent when applicable law allows it. We may request proof of the agent’s authority and may still verify your identity directly.
Some requests may be limited or denied when an exception applies, including when information must be kept to complete a transaction, comply with law, preserve legal claims, protect security, prevent fraud, or maintain permitted internal records.
14
Children’s and minors’ privacy
The website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Do not submit a minor’s personal information unless it is reasonably necessary to the situation and you are legally authorized to provide it. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization.
15

Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. Where required, additional rights or safeguards may apply.
16

The website may link to or embed third-party services, including payment, scheduling, video, social-media, analytics, and other platforms.
Align & Conquer does not control the independent privacy practices, security, content, or availability of those services. Review their privacy notices before providing information directly to them.
17
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the website, services, technology, providers, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date will identify the current version.
